Delivery methods
We deliver the goods via the UPS shipping service. The shipping price depends on the country of delivery and the weight of the ordered goods. The shipping price is displayed in the checkout (or in the cart) and calculated automatically after entering the delivery address.
The maximum weight of one shipment is 50kg. If you want to order more goods, you need to divide the order into multiple parts, or contact us to arrange individual terms.
We send to the whole world, if yours is not in the list of countries, contact us and we will appreciate the transport to you and add your country to the list.
Receipt of the consignment
When receiving a shipment from the carrier, thoroughly check the packaging and contents of the shipment, preferably in front of the driver. If the packaging or contents of the shipment are damaged, do not take over the goods! If it is not possible to check the contents of the shipment when delivered in front of the driver, do so at home or in the company as soon as possible. If you notice damage to the shipment only after receipt from the carrier, please inform us immediately within 48 hours. At the same time, report the damage to the carrier.
When do I get the goods?
As a rule, we ship goods in stock within 2 business days and the delivery time varies according to the country of delivery. For most EU countries, delivery time is usually 2-3 business days (there may be exceptions - the Scandinavian countries). For non-EU countries, the time varies between 2-5 business days (there may be exceptions).
Payment methods
For non-EU countries
- payment by credit card - once you have completed your order, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you will make a payment with your chosen credit card. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the eshop, where we will show you the confirmation. Card payment is one of the fastest ways to pay for goods and this speed up order processing. You can pay by Credit Card MasterCard or VISA. If an error occurs during the payment process and you are not sure that the payment was made correctly, please contact us. We will verify the payment and tell you how to proceed.
- payment by international transfer - if you choose payment by international bank transfer in the cart, after sending the order you will be shown the data necessary for entering the international bank transfer (account number in IBAN format, Bic code/SWIFT, seller's address, currency - EUR, payment title - 120 import of goods, enter the order number in the message for the recipient). Choose SHA for the fee payment type. You pay the transfer fees to your bank and we pay ours. We will also send you this information by e-mail immediately after receiving the order by our automatic system. Wait for our employee to confirm your order and then pay into our bank account. When paying by transfer, the delivery date may be affected by the payment date (we ship the goods only after the payment has been credited to our account).
For countries in the EU and the Czech Republic

- SEPA payment by transfer (Europayment) - if you choose SEPA payment in the cart, after sending the order you will be shown the information necessary for entering the SEPA payment (account number in IBAN format, seller's address, enter the order number in the reference or variable symbol). We will also send you this information by e-mail immediately after receiving the order by our automatic system. Wait for our employee to confirm your order and then pay into our bank account. When paying by transfer, the delivery date may be affected by the payment date (we ship the goods only after the payment has been credited to our account).
- payment to the account in Czech crowns - if you are from the Czech Republic and you will make a payment in Czech crowns, you can use the classic bank transfer. The account number and other information for the transfer will be displayed to you after sending the order and at the same time we will also send this information to you by e-mail immediately after receiving the order by our automatic system. Wait for our employee to confirm your order and then pay into our bank account.
